“Mark from Lyons Plumbing saved us when we moved into our home and couldn't find anyone to install our new dryer and dryer vent. After two weeks of having people from other companies give us insane quotes or tell us they couldn't do the job, Mark came and installed a new vent, brought everything up to code and made sure our dryer worked - staying another 30 minutes until he was sure it was all set. “O'Connor Plumbing was contacted due to an issue with my house plumbing that a smaller company couldn't resolve. It turned out there was / is a tree root that has broken a pipe under the house and has started growing inside the plumbing pipe.

Ken and Asher were the best. They were so professional, courteous, couthy, they explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up the mess when they were done. I am so grateful for workers like this. They've cleared a portion of the the problem with the machines and tools they had readily available. Ken, Sheldon, and Cameron returned today 10-2-2025 to complete the work they had started before the weekend. They've cleared the tree root from the pipe and repaired it. Again this crew was extremely professional, kind, and hard working. Please pay these men their worth in gold.

“We had a sewer back up which was cleared by another company on an emergency basis. However, that company told us we had an issue that would require replacement of sewer pipes located under the finished basement concrete floor. We needed a second opinion to verify if the estimated $9,000 work was really needed.

Master Plumbing was able to schedule us within a few days and verified the appointment the day before. The plumber (Billy) arrived promptly, was very professional and respectful, asked all the appropriate questions, and then proceeded to set up his equipment while protecting all surrounding surfaces. The camera images were very clear and he explained exactly what he saw on the monitor as he moved the camera along the pipes. He then gave us the thumb drive that he used to record the entire inspection. Finally, he reset the toilet that was removed for access to the sewer pipes, caulked it neatly to the tile floor, and completely cleaned the area.

It was clear from this inspection, that the plumber from the first company was not honest, and was just trying to sell us very expensive work that was not needed. Master Plumbing was a totally opposite experience. They are very organized, professional, clean, respectful, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them without any reservations!“

“For over 20 years I’ve been a property manager of a 36-unit townhome community, built over 50 years ago. During this time, I’ve engaged numerous contractors to perform various types of work throughout the community. This is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review.

Over the past two years I’ve had two significant projects where I’ve engaging the folks at Harvey W. Hottle, Inc. The first project was to replace all 36 units interior main water shut off valve with new pressure reducers and two ball valves. These 36 units were completed in just over 32 hours. When WSSC turn our water back on not one unit had a leak. (Very impressive to say the least.)

Before they began the project, they inspected each unit and scaled the appropriate manpower to complete the project. Six teams worked together to pull this off in what I feel was record time. The crew were personable, professional, efficient, capable and just good people. I couldn’t have picked a better choice for this project.

Given their previous success we engaged them again this spring to hydro jet our entire sewer system. This system had never been cleaned, since it was built in the early 70’s.

They started in the basement toilet and hydro jetted the line to the main sewer line on our property. As they moved down-hill they went into every 15’ deep manhole on our property to hydro jet these sewer lines too.

Both projects were completed on-time, on-budget and to our complete satisfaction.

“We needed to double the CFM in our return air side after installing a modern, high-pressure HVAC system. AAA rebuilt the center hallway ceiling return air vent and added ceiling returns in the master bedroom and front entrance. The project took 1 day, and the crew were very careful about removing dust, debris, etc. The price was right and our new returns, which replaced decades-old rigid pipes with a mix of insulated rigid and flexible, make the house feel balanced. The HVAC no longer is strangling when it runs. Recommended!“
