If I could give finks mechanical 10 stars I would this is gonna be a long review fair warning. in July 2023, when the storms had gotten really bad, our air conditioner had stopped running. We contacted American home shield warranty. Needless to say this has been a nightmare with American home shield. They sent out a company called United air temp if American home shield ever tries to send this company to your house please decline and ask for another one technician came out and caused over $3000 worth of damage so try to make this a short as possible. I had to replace my entire HVAC system (air handler and heat pump). I used a program through my home warranty company which connected me to Fick's. From the person who answered my calls (Maddie), and there were a lot of calls from me having questions, to the two technicians who came out and installed the new unit, the company was very professional. I am very happy with how it has worked out so far.

Just realized I never gave this company a review. Fortunately, I haven't needed them in quite sometime but when I did use them, they were always prompt, friendly and affordable. Gave us THE best Price to replace our entire heating and a/c system. I can not recommend them enough.Services: HVAC system maintenance
