“B&B installed our HVAC system 21 years ago. We’ve only had one significant issue in that time which consisted of a circuit board that runs the blower motor. “For over 20 years I’ve been a property manager of a 36-unit townhome community, built over 50 years ago. During this time, I’ve engaged numerous contractors to perform various types of work throughout the community. This is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review.

Over the past two years I’ve had two significant projects where I’ve engaging the folks at Harvey W. Hottle, Inc. The first project was to replace all 36 units interior main water shut off valve with new pressure reducers and two ball valves. These 36 units were completed in just over 32 hours. When WSSC turn our water back on not one unit had a leak. (Very impressive to say the least.)

Before they began the project, they inspected each unit and scaled the appropriate manpower to complete the project. Six teams worked together to pull this off in what I feel was record time. They started in the basement toilet and hydro jetted the line to the main sewer line on our property. As they moved down-hill they went into every 15’ deep manhole on our property to hydro jet these sewer lines too.

Both projects were completed on-time, on-budget and to our complete satisfaction.
