“The Deck and Fence Company did a great job on our screened in porch and deck. We had a preexisting deck that was degrading and needed to be replaced. Chris was very thorough with us in deciding the footprint of the deck and explaining what options were available to us.The crew that came out was fantastic. The demo only took a day! The building crew worked from dawn until dusk (and beyond at times). They always cleaned up at the end of the day. Very courteous and hardworking. We decided on adding skylights at the last minute and they accommodated us even though we originally had not included them in the build. The craftsmanship is apparent when you look at the screened in porch and deck. Upon completion, there was only 1 negligible thing that needed attention - weatherstripping at the bottom of the door needed adjustment. That was it! We are extremely pleased with our new screened in porch and deck. We are excited to enjoy it in the upcoming years!“

“Mid Atlantic put in a fence around our back yard back in 2011. We were so pleased with their work that we just had them replace our old wooden pool fence. The sales person went above and beyond to design a special gate for our breezeway in addition to the the pool fence and arranged for repairs to the original fence they had installed - repairs needed from tree damage.
We were only a few months out from a large graduation party when we decided to replace the old pool fence. Our sales person contacted the factory regularly and kept us updated. The pool fence was complete prior to the party!
Nelso was the lead installer and we could not have been happier with him. He is a very hard worker and very particular - he doesn't miss anything.
We feel Mid Atlantic's pricing is very good and they were offering special financing at the time we ordered.

He wrote up an estimate the same afternoon he arrived and quickly priced out any additional options we were considering. The building crew only took a collective 4 days to finish the new deck (would have been faster without the periodic storms we were getting) and the final product looks amazing!“

Once those issues are addressed, they provide very detailed drawings, list of materials/plantings, and cost. Our backyard was one, big hill and a mud pit. “Reliable Construction exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the final results: more beautiful than I had hoped for!

After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! The fan makes all the difference!

What impressed me most was how Kelvin met all my needs, and made suggestions to improve on my plans. I really felt as though we we're a team! And then he surprised me with little extras like detailed crown molding, tying the new gutters into the existing underground release pipes and adding a few extra feet length on the sidewalk that really made a difference ! Some ground leveling and planting grass seed from where I had the tree removed was another nice surprise!
