I had a large bandboard fall off my deck (8.5' above ground) during a large wind. All nails had rusted away. Having 22 to 26 more boards likely in similar shape, I needed them to be resecured. Reliable Construction (with a two person crew) not only repositioned the fallen (HEAVY) board but resecured all others with stainless steel nails expeditiously and professionally. An excellent job by hard working pros!

Kelvin was referred to me by my real estate agent and after one text message he came to the property, I explained what I wanted and in less than three days he turned my vision into reality. My deck is beautiful and really adds a new dimension to my outdoor living space. I will use him again! Thank you so very much!

I selected Reliable Construction after consulting several fence contractors and looking at some of their recent projects in the DC area. They really did a great job removing the existing fence and building the new one (about 160 feet, including a door). They started on the agreed date and completed the job in about 3.5 days. The quality of craftmanship was excellent, and altogether they gave the impression of being a well organized contractor. They thoroughly cleaned the site after completion. I think that I made the right choice, especially since they offered the lowest price among the consulted companies. I would not hesitate to recommend them for similar work.
