We had them install a white vinyl privacy fence and a stone paver patio. The fence was installed perfectly, even though we have a very uneven property. They showed up early installed the fence and left no mess. The patio was the really amazing work. One guy showed up and I was worried at first. Turns out he was a true artisan. He figured out how to deal with the uneven slope by our pool’s concrete by constantly measuring and grading until the pavers not only looked amazing, but also the drainage was perfect. We had several quotes and everyone was concerned about how to handle this issue. John handled it with ease. 3 years later and everything still looks great!“

“Ergeon was communicative and timely with my initial consultation and fence installation, and did quality work at a good price. A few weeks after the installation, I started having issues with the latch on the gate not closing all the way or locking, seemingly misaligned from the gate shifting. It took repeated outreach over several months for Ergeon to finally respond and repair the gate, which I was not able to lock/secure during that time. I finally got a response from a manager, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, having the installers replace the entire gate to ensure everything aligned and leaving enough space for the lock to work correctly after normal shifting as the new wood settles. The delay and lack of response were frustrating, but the manager took responsibility for the mistake and made it right, which I appreciate.“

“Reliable Construction exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the final results: more beautiful than I had hoped for!

After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! The fan makes all the difference!

What impressed me most was how Kelvin met all my needs, and made suggestions to improve on my plans. I really felt as though we we're a team! And then he surprised me with little extras like detailed crown molding, tying the new gutters into the existing underground release pipes and adding a few extra feet length on the sidewalk that really made a difference ! Some ground leveling and planting grass seed from where I had the tree removed was another nice surprise!
