“Kenny, the owner of HPK, will be always be my go to for HVAC needs. We had a unit go out in July. He came recommended by many so we gave him a call. He came out next day and gave us a rundown of everything he would do and at a reasonable price. He offered a portable ac until he could fit us in for our replacement. We didnt need it but it was a very nice offer. He got the job done and we've been very happy with our new TRANE HVAC. Unfortunately, our second unit for the top level of our home just started acting wonky. Here I go calling Kenny to save our butts again. He is a trustworthy and honest guy, so I didnt want to call anyone else. Hes out here the next day, on a Saturday getting us cool again and making sure everything is going well with our new install. Did a thorough inspection and told me nothing was wrong. Honesty matters be careful who you hire. I will be signing a contract with Grove to manage my system from now on.“
