He noticed right away that one of the valves was leaking. He checked the rest of the machine and said it was in good shape otherwise and the valve could cause the odor Rich noticed. He looked up the replacement part cost and gave us an estimate with installment. The machine is old but the repair cost was reasonable and with assurances from Zeke that he didn't see any other problems we went ahead and booked the repair. A few days later the part arrived and Zeke came back out and installed it. Very good service, Zeke was courteous and efficient. We may have a new go-to appliance repair service.“
