I have dealt with them for years and always received great service. We just ordered something today . They were very helpful.
Every thing was going okay until the ice maker broke!!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My freezer was doing horrible things to my food and I needed to replace the GE gasket. I called GE and was told they discontinued the gasket. I said that the refirgerator is fine, I just need the gasket. They told me, Sorry, can't help. We have always used Apache for the past many years, so I called them. I wanted another GE and was told that it would be ordered for me. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that the model I had ordered was no longer available (and I had not been notified- not good for Apache) However, I spoke to Francis and he saved the day.
