Excellent customer service. He cleaned my refrigerator icemaker which had years of mold, removed a ton of lint from ,which was a fire waiting to happen. He also check the outside vent to make sure it was clear. My dishwasher lower rack needed new rollers which were replaced on the spot. The cost was very reasonable, the repairs were made promptly and he cleaned up afterwards. I wish I could give him 10 stars.³

My oven was a very difficult job it was a high end oven that required specialized parts and specialized skills The technician came as for the appointment on time worked continuously and steadily without complaint cleaned his work area and did a wonderful job taking care of everything The oven works wonderfully and he made a follow-up call just to confirm everything was working good and he left a number so I could call him. I would definitely recommend using him and will use it for other things cuz I'm thinking of it's going to be fine it works wonderfully it actually works a little bit better the temperature control is more accurate than it was before so it's doing great

After my first call about my microwave, Mr. B came promptly the following day to diagnose it, then returned the next week with the part to repair it. It's a 20-year old microwave, but it's now as good as new. Mr. B was on time, friendly, and very helpful about how to remedy another issue. Highly recommended.
