She is skilled and efficient in her work, and never once have I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Since her salon is in a large mall, there is always someplace to park so that is never an issue that would make you late to your appointment. Communication is easy and she is very responsive to messages. Ruby is both a professional and a delightful person.“
