Mona was so attentive to my needs and really took the time to understand what I wanted for my hair color. She is a trusted professional on all accounts and really really knows what she is doing! I don’t normally like layers but she cuts hair beautifully!

Mona is the best hairstylist I’ve had in the DC area. She knows men’s hair like the back of her hand and could teach classes given how good she is. She is much better at doing my hair than any barber I came across in the few years I’ve lived in the area. Mona listened to me and performed exactly what I asked her to do for my hair (and I’m very picky!) and constantly worked with me to get my hair to the exact length and style I wanted. She does my wife’s hair too, and we are both very happy to have found her. She’s a master of her craft.

I found Mona on Instagram after searching for 3 years for a competent, expert hairstylist and colorist in the MoCo region. From the moment I met her, she was attentive, kind, and patiently listened to my concerns. She asked me kindly if I would be open to her suggestions on additional issues with my hair, and she made some valid points. She not only gave me a great haircut, but she also educated me on my hair quality and how to best tackle some issues with uneven growth and color that I was having.
