When I arrived, there was a minor miscommunication, but it got sorted out quickly. The salon was extremely clean and fully stocked with supplies, which I always notice and appreciate. The young lady who opened the salon took me to the shampoo bowl and got started. I’d already detangled my hair a bit beforehand, so it wasn’t too rough, though she still put in the work. She applied a deep conditioner, then had me pre-dry after another round of conditioner and detangling.

Ms. Katty and her daughter was very welcoming! I was very nervous because my hair is damaged. She had to do a small trim. I would definitely come back I was very pleased.
My first time at Katty hair studio and its a 10 out of 10 service for me. Emely was the first to greet me and I immediately felt nothing but good vibes! After telling her my natural hair needed love after wearing back to back braids, she assured that i was in good hands. From shampoo, to the bow out, cut and style it was a great experience! 10 out of 10 highly recommend 💯
