I was lucky someone canceled with Jen, and I was able to get a cut, color, and Olaplex treatment a few days after I called. She was great! We talked about what I was thinking. She listened very well and answered all questions. She let me know how my color would be a commitment and let me know how things would go with what I have in mind for the future. I've never had someone inform me of everything to help me make the best decision, so that was very much appreciated. Highly recommend her!

Just moved to MD and needed a haircut. Went to Today’s Image Salon and saw Suzanne, who did a great job with my hair. I have fine hair and some new thinning issues and Suzanne did a great job with the cut and style. Totally recommend!!Service: Haircut

I visited the salon for the first time requesting a caramel natural balayage job. I recommend this place 100%Great customer service over the phone. My hairstylist was Michelle and she has great customer service, very caring, she offered water or coffee, she check the color twice to assure my hair don’t get process too long, she assure water temperature was correct before washing my hair and ask what type of shampoo I prefer as well assure at time of styling she won’t be pulling my hair when brushing.
