My physical appointment was today and WOW!! 2 weeks ago, I had a virtual consultation with Kerri who showed true interest in my story, wants and needs for restarting my loc journey. She was very informative, patient and a great listener. Her questions to me were on point. It was almost as if she knew me, already. Kerri, meeting you today was a true blessing. I can honestly say that I’ve found a new home. You’ve exceeded my expectations with communication, alone! It was all about the reassurance for me! I love going to The Loc Shop! All of the staff have amazing energy. I started my locs journey a month ago and I haven't regretted it.Kerri is an amazing loctician! She is very friendly and delivers amazing customer service. Her work has been impeccable. I travel all the way from Brooklyn to see her so you know she's talented! ?Services: Hairstyling

Have been going to The Loc Shop for about 5 months after finally commiting to turning my 4yr loc journey into well needed self care time.The shop is very welcoming and clean with calming, yet updated music playing in the background.All the ladies are very nice and there is a perfect amount of professional yet entertaining conversations going on. Really gives the hair salon vibes that i remember attending as a young child.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
