1945 Old Gallows Rd STE 100, Vienna“As a physical therapy student, this was one of the strongest rotations I have had. It was an excellent learning experience to take what I learned in the classroom to applying it to my patients. I especially enjoyed the camaraderie between physical therapists and students, and I feel very lucky to have had Joe as my clinical instructor.
Two rotations later I find myself applying the skills I learned from my time at R2P, and quoting Joe on the daily; “Are your muscles shaking? That’s weakness leaving the body.” Or my personal favorite “that looks smooth, like a hot knife through butter.” Only spoken in a Long Island accent, respectfully.
P.S. Tim, I stole your fork and took it back to Texas with me. :)“

All of the practitioners are highly skilled and very caring, and they have a wide skill set no matter what your needs. They give individual attention to each patient with an emphasis on manual therapy and personalized rehab. The space is well laid out, friendly and easily accessible, and parking is easy. The front desk is very helpful and always communicates well. I recommend them to all my Pilates students and friends.“

4001 Brandywine St NW #301, Washington“Maddie is a super-pro; her knowledge of the human body and how to support my recovery from ankle surgery has really changed my mind about the value of physical therapy. In particular, she provides clear, helpful exercises that challenge my mobility without over-extending my ankle. I feel more confident in a full recovery with Maddie on my case. She is also kind and empathetic. The whole team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.“

Jon and his team are skilled at and compassionate about their work. I worked with Jon and Juhi and can say that they are some of the best you can get in DC. Their knowledge, techniques, and dedication to healing are remarkable. Both worked on my knee injury and I can say that it is much better than it's been in years, considering I saw other therapists prior to seeing them. I highly recommend CNMR for all your movement disorders and disabilities, to improve or restore the function and quality of your life.“

“Patty is a miracle worker. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for almost three years now. After 6 doctors and 4 physical therapists I came across Patty and she completely changed the game. I am finally seeing improvement after she recognized that my biggest issue is how tight I am everywhere. With her work I am finally almost pain free for the first time in years. I highly, highly recommend her and I now to go to her for any PT I need.“
“There aren't enough good things to say about Melissa. My injury continued to heal every day because she sure knows what she is doing. She is absolutely amazing and so caring for your health and well being. I had other health issues going on and she even reached out after my treatment to make sure I was doing okay. The rest of the staff is so welcoming and truly cares about you. Michael also had a positive impact on my experience after working with him for one day. I strongly recommend this PT business and recommend to anyone I know to go here.“
“I saw Dr Benz in the Spring of 2024 and she changed my life. Not only did she take the time to listen to me, but she really made it a point to help me find solutions to my pain.
I came to her for knee pain, but uncovered my knee pain was a symptom of poor muscle engagement. Dr Benz put the therapy into Physical Therapy by actively listening to how I made it to this point and debunked all of the crazy internet ideas that Google gave me. Having someone who believes the pain and the other issues I had is highly unusual for any doctor. I appreciated not fighting to prove my symptoms, but rather have a partner who was invested in getting to the bottom of the root cause.
She also really puts the physical into PT. Firstly, she helped release some incredibly tight muscles! Despite going to a massage therapist for years, her efforts in the few weeks I was there were more impactful. Plus, it is clear from the exercises she gave me that she is an expert on how the body works. Together the passive and active work is the true reason my pain went from a 10 to a 3 today. (Plus, my continued verve to do the exercises she recommended)
Having a PT who cares is unusual for me. But after visiting Dr Benz for a few weeks, I am an entirely different person! My quality of life greatly approved since seeing her, I feel confident I can continue the work on my own, and that I have the building blocks to grow old gracefully. Thank you Dr Benz!“

“I had chronic pain in most of my body, headaches, and severe dizziness. After months of tests and some PT, I was faced with a diagnosis of a lifetime of chronic pain regulated by medication and very limited ability to do sport. After I started working with Bill Amos I managed to get to a point where I was pain free and able to run and ski again. And I now also have the tools to stay that way. Bill has a tremendous wealth of knowledge, breadth of techniques, and insights. I can't recommend him enough.“
