I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Allied Propane in Elkton. My propane tank started leaking late one Saturday night. Within an hour Jim was there to analyze the problem. A weld had broken on the tank, and the tank needed to be replaced. By Monday, Donna had set up everything for the new tank to be installed in the next two days. This mattered tons to me, as I was leaving the country for business and needed the problem resolved before heading out. Had some questions about a recent bill on propane delivery. The csr Donna was able to work out my billing issues and correct my concerns. She was very helpful and understanding and made everything very easy for me. She is an asset to this company for sure.

Had a small issue with service. My tank had a leak an we must have fell thru the crack. I called and spoke with Donna and she made sure to put us first due. The team of "Evens×2" came the next am to replace the underground leaking tank. They were professional beyond measure and talented. ALLIED not only made it right they went well above what was expected!!!! Wow ty.
