I missed the enrollment letter for the fixed pricing for
propane for the coming year. I was upset about this and
the new terms that I would have to adhere to in order to stay with Schagrin. I called and was connected to Kyle Q. at your Middletown office. He was both sympathetic and helpful. Although he said that the period to enroll had passed, he would
see if Schagrin would allow me to enroll under better terms than
I had been offered. Kyle responded promptly and had obtained much better terms for the coming year. A new enrollment form
was provided, and I promptly filled out the same and sent
back to Kyle, the receipt of which he promptly confirmed.
