Kyle Quam from the Middletown, DE office is hands-down the best customer service representative I have ever spoken with. After being a Schagrin Gas customer for 5 years, I finally talked to someone who treated me like a valued customer, not just a number. Honestly, if I had known he worked there, I would have contacted him first.
Kyle is extremely reasonable and listens carefully to every question and concern. If you ever run into an issue at Schagrin, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyle. If more people like him worked in customer service and sales, doing business anywhere would be a much better experience. Kyle single-handedly restored my faith in Schagrin Gas!
Schagrin notified me that a service person would be here, was notified when he was a few minutes out. He came in, donned footies and went to work. He identified the problem, let me know and made arrangements to have issue rectified. Schagrin takes good care of my home!
The air conditioner personnel found a water leak down in the basement while working on the unit downstairs which turned out to be a major leak. I’m glad he came and told me about it. It saved me a lot of money.
