Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning. Just a quick review on Enhanced Heating & Air Conditioning: We have a heat pump that is now 12 years old so obviously it’s past the warranty. On Saturday we had a loud humming from the outside unit; come to find the fan is no longer working so we turn the unit off. Restarted the unit and tried to force the fan to run no avail. Had no air-conditioning for the weekend - I know a lot of you don’t use your air conditioning yet but I cannot stand the pollen getting in my house and in my head! Anyway called enhance first thing Monday morning spoke to April who was able to schedule us for a service technician to be out between 9 and 11 AM the same day which was great. Service technician was here around 9:30 checked out the system and suggested that we replace a part rather than replace the system at this point the part was minimal as compared to replacing the system. Honestly is the best policy I appreciate them being honest with their suggestion not just have a nice replace the entire system. We have used them many times before with no problems and they’re pricing is very reasonable. Thanks Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning for excellent service!!
