“My review is for the salon. I got a haircut with Alexis. I wear my natural curly hair 90% of the time, but I prefer to straighten my hair when it’s cut. Alexa did an amazing job cutting my straight hair, taking into consideration how the cut would look once I wore my hair in it’s natural curly state. Once I washed my hair after the cut to rock my curls, it looked amazing!”
“Totally love it when I’m lucky enough to get the owner, Ebony, as the masseuse. Hope she returns soon 🙏🏾”
“This review is long overdue (I was there 3 months ago!), but my massage with Kaala , and entire experience, was so amazing I definitely wanted to share it!
Due to travel issues and multiple cancelled flights (this was during the TSA fiasco) I was late to my much needed massage. Kaala was so friendly and calming and went above and beyond to help me. She helped calm my frustrations from the previous 24 hours of chaotic travel, and was able to work out all my stress. Her technique was incredible. She knew just what to do, and what pressure to use. I didn’t mention this when I was there, but I am a Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Instructor and owner of a wellness center and massage school. I 1000% recommend Kaala and would hire her in a heartbeat if she ever wanted to move to Arkansas! ?
My entire experience with The Heavens Spa was amazing, from start to finish. I called several times as I was driving to the appointment after being flown in to a different airport than originally scheduled, having to take multiple forms of public transit to the original airport to pick up my rental car, and then finally driving to the Spa. Each time I called the receptionist was friendly and compassionate. When I finally arrived they were so understanding and helpful. As an owner myself I completely understand busy schedules and the importance of keeping appointment times, but also doing your best to work with special situations when you can, and the team at The Heavens did just that, and in a way that truly made me feel cared for and appreciated as a client.
I can’t recommend The Heavens Spa enough! Top notch customer service and massage service! My only regret is that I don’t live closer!”
