The doctors clearly care about their patients and take time to explain procedures thoroughly. Dr. Marilyn Berzin customizes her treatments to meet individual needs and patiently answers all questions, offering both skin cancer screening and cosmetic procedures with an excellent personal manner. Dr. Pabby is known for being a superb and caring dermatologist; she is very personable, timely with appointments, and able to make well-supported judgments based on evidence. Patients appreciate her knowledge and the caring approach. The front desk staff is welcoming and kind, creating a warm atmosphere at the practice. The aesthetician is knowledgeable and provides amazing customer care. Many patients report receiving natural-looking results from their treatments and praise the office for its professionalism and ethical care.
This was my first visit with DC Derm Docs, but definitely not my last! The secretaries were polite upon entry. All nurses and the Doctor herself were professional and helpful during the visit.

I just saw Dr. Berzin and my care and results are tops. The office staff, Samatha, and everyone else at front desk, as well as all the medical assistants are extremely kind and helpful.
