“We would highly recommend Francisco and his team at Chico Construction! The new windows we had installed in our church building by another company were peeling and were a huge eyesore on our church. Francisco and his team came out and refaced the windows on the whole building - even way up on the bell tower! And they look GREAT! They remodeled my kitchen, repaired sloppy drywall in numerous locations, painted by entire downstairs, built a new counter in my kitchen and a new fireplace mantle, and installed a ceramic tile backsplash in the kitchen. No prices were changed throughout the process. I added work to the list, and of course, I paid extra which was only fair. Pablo and Tony did most of the work. “From the start to finish my entire experience was great. The tech arrived prompted and communicated regularly. He showed me every step of the way his recommendations but never pressured me. We got our AC and Dryer ducts cleaned after 20 years. We needed mold treatment and a new pipe for the dryer. The tech was super knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in great hands. “Malcolm was so great to communicate with. I reached out to him blindly in search of someone that could install a backdoor for me. I had already purchased everything, including caulk, shims, the door and jamb (pre-hung), and the handle. Malcolm reassured me the estimate was going to be exactly what it was when he came out (many other companies would come out just to try and sell me their own door). He came out exactly when he said he would with his partner and the installation took maybe 2 hours. They ran into a tiny issue with how the door I was replacing was hung (they fixed it no issues) and did all the caulking and clean up immaculately. I would highly suggest AM-PM glass. Thanks Malcolm!“
