After having a wonderful conversation making my appointment I thought I was feeling with the same person I had dealt with before however this is the number that they gave me and it matched the number I had in my phone and he simply never showed up never never answered my call to this day has not returned my calls don't know what happened I hope all is well with him

SCAM COMPANY. AM PM GLASS LLC, aka the sole owner Malcom Harris had a contract with my elderly mother on April 19 to install 2 kitchen windows within 6 weeks, 4 months pass by and Malcom dosen't answer phone calls, text messages and you can't even leave him a voicemail because his mailbox is full.At first he was eager to take the job but then only he responded twice within the 4 months to give excuses. Eventually we finally got a response from him and asked for a refund for the promised work to hire someone else for the job and he said he mailed a refund check however its been 3 months since he has "mailed the check" and he lives local. Malcolm was so great to communicate with. I reached out to him blindly in search of someone that could install a backdoor for me. I had already purchased everything, including caulk, shims, the door and jamb (pre-hung), and the handle. Malcolm reassured me the estimate was going to be exactly what it was when he came out (many other companies would come out just to try and sell me their own door). He came out exactly when he said he would with his partner and the installation took maybe 2 hours. They ran into a tiny issue with how the door I was replacing was hung (they fixed it no issues) and did all the caulking and clean up immaculately. I would highly suggest AM-PM...read full review
