“We reached out to get a quote and found out not only did our house have storm damage, but we also had defective shingles. The process was smooth from start to finish. We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.“

They remodeled my kitchen, repaired sloppy drywall in numerous locations, painted by entire downstairs, built a new counter in my kitchen and a new fireplace mantle, and installed a ceramic tile backsplash in the kitchen. All of the work was done perfectly and beyond my expectations. I'm very picky. Everyone in the company is polite, helpful, and professional. Leo Ambriz did the estimating and supervised the job. No prices were changed throughout the process. I added work to the list, and of course, I paid extra which was only fair. Pablo and Tony did most of the work. They were friendly, skilled, and highly professional with an amazing work ethic. Pablo is a terrific carpenter with an excellent eye and is very exacting. They also took my allergies seriously, doing a great job with dust control, and left my house spotless when they left each day. “Seneca Creek put a new roof on for me in 2016. After a year or so, a small leak developed - they came and fixed it. 2024, the wood were the leak was rotted, they came and fixed it. They stand behind their word. Everyone makes mistakes, but they own their mistakes and fix them!“

“Malcolm was so great to communicate with. I reached out to him blindly in search of someone that could install a backdoor for me. I had already purchased everything, including caulk, shims, the door and jamb (pre-hung), and the handle. Malcolm reassured me the estimate was going to be exactly what it was when he came out (many other companies would come out just to try and sell me their own door). He came out exactly when he said he would with his partner and the installation took maybe 2 hours. They ran into a tiny issue with how the door I was replacing was hung (they fixed it no issues) and did all the caulking and clean up immaculately. I would highly suggest AM-PM glass.
