Yulanda is the greatest of all staff at camp springs member services she was oh so helpful to me when other paid me no mind. She took time out of her busy schedule to come to my aid. I love her dearly and give her a raise.
I came to the facility to inquire about the MFA application I submitted online a couple of months ago. I was informed that my application was never processed. The member services coordinator, Ms. Williams, was wonderful helping me submit a new application. If your organization is not going to process online applications then you should not offer that feature.
