I had the best helpers Linda Brown and Lischell Haries, after I completed my lab work at 8:15 my next appointment for my covid shot wasn't until 10:30 and Linda directed me to the second floor waiting room to wait and after sitting for maybe 35 minutes I was called and was done In 5 minutes and it was only 9:30 and as i was trying to get phone reception in the lobby Lischell came to my rescue and showed me how to get my phone to dial out, I was able to call out for a ride, I thank God for these two ladies, my two lucky Stars 🌟 🤩
I ABSOLUTELY loved my visit to Urgent care! I went for 4 cat bites and deep scratches :( . Ms. Jewel was extremely enjoyable, kind, caring, thoughtful & does terrific job at the front desk (welcoming) The wait wasnt long at all and she does her job very well! All the team members were without a doubt Professional and delightful! The Doctors and Nurses all were about my health and treated me with Respect! I felt cared for and not like a number on the list! The energy with this particular team was outstanding and I will be suggesting Urgent care in Camp Springs to anyone that need of an exceptional environment all of these skilled men and women provide!

05/14/2026 .The nurse(?) that had to take my blood pressure twice was very professional. She was pleasant and performed her duties without making me feel rushed. Also the nurse assistant (Florence ???) who approached me to assure I was signed in was also professional and patient. She was explaining to a member why she was assuring he was signed in fully for his appointment.
The member seemed agitated but she kindly communicated with him and he finally understood she was just trying to assist him.
