My little one had a fever and our local Pediatric Urgent Care was closed. ECC was open and had immediate availability. When we arrived, we were checked in, paid the copay, and went straight to the back. No wait whatsoever!!! Dr. Dawn was super patient, gentle, and explained everything in detail. She asked many questions and ensured our understanding at all times. The admin assistant was very pleasant as well. We were in and out in less than 1 hour, and my little one is on his way to feeling better. Dr. Dawn even scheduled our return visit in 2 weeks. Bonus points for being open on Saturdays!!!!
