I had a hunch that my system's refrigerant was low after doing all the DIY maintenance I could. I wanted a reputable tech who would actually measure (weigh) the refrigerant and not just eyeball it, so I e-mailed Pentagon and Hanzel coordinated via text to come out the next day.
Very affable guy who gave me a few other tips before confirming that, yes, the refrigerant was quite low. He used an electronic gauge to add a few pounds of refrigerant, and checked the the temperature differential at the system inside.

Pentagon Air was referred to us by word of mouth by my daughter’s friends who highly recommend them. From the moment Hanzel arrived at our home, he was easy to work with and listened to our description of the problem. He told us what the problem could be and proceeded to check it out. It didn’t take long for him to fix the issue and our home was cooling down rather quickly. We were extremely satisfied with the service and most of all, the reasonable cost for the repairs. If we ever have problems in the future, Pentagon Air will be who we will definitely call.
