“Amazing service from start to finish! We had our house roof, garage roof and gutters replaced at the same time. We had such a great experience, we decided to have our windows replaced also! We were aware prior to the job that multiple areas of our roof needed new decking. We also had inadequate ventilation which lead to roof failure. All of the old decking was removed and replaced they were also sure to put proper ventilation. They were very respectful of our property and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Our roof and gutters were completed in less than two days. The 21 windows we had replaced were done in a single day. They even cleaned the windows after they were done. The house looks amazing and now we don’t have to worry about any leaks or drafty old windows. Prices were very reasonable compared to the many estimates we got. They also offer financing, which is very helpful when replacing so many big items. Everyone from office to laborers, were very professional and respectful. The crew did our entire roof, including replacing a good amount of rotted wood, and new siding in just about a day and a half. That causes a lot of debris when you are ripping up 70 year old wood/siding, and yet I haven't found one piece of material in the yard or flower beds. Their cleanup was amazing. They also protected our flowers/shrubs/trees perfectly.

As for how the work turned out, the roof and siding exceeded our expectations. It all looks amazing.

“I had a chimney that was no longer connected to the boiler or anything that started getting water damage around it on the inside ceiling. In a day, the team of 2 cut the chimney off down to the roof level, covered the hole and replaced rotten boards around it, shingled and everything. My wife couldnt even tell where the chimney used to be. They actually had to pull a whole piece of the chimney up through the ceiling in order to cut it to the angle of the roof and then put the cut piece back in, so I have some plaster and painting to do on the inside, but that was expected. With the guys on the job it helped that I speak Spanish, so if you have a job that you think might require some discussion midway through, you might want to let the office know beforehand ... but the work is quality. Boyd also istalled gutter guards for me a few years ago and theyre great. Reasonable price and good work“

“Best bang-for-the-buck. Trite, but absolutely true for Rob Politz. I've had the"pleasure" of installing roofs on houses myself, so I know what I want from a roofing company. After getting many bids for the job from small outfits to large companies, it became apparent that Rob Politz was the best choice. My decision was based on what Rob said his procedure would be, the fact that he was more than willing to make adjustments to the contract to suit me, and lastly, a very competitive price. One cannot base the choice on price alone, as the product may not even be worth that price. But after a lengthy and very comfortable conversation with Rob, I had no apprehension about using him for the job, as he was knowledgeable, articulate, and completely forthright. I didn't even detect a hint of a deceptive salesman. That was the beginning of a very good job to come.All of the contractors expected my roof to take several days to complete. Rob's crew started at 6:30 a.m. and finished that day at 6:30 p.m. I spent most of the day on the roof watching the progress, ensuring that what I knew should be occurring was actually happening. “Overall excellent service! I lost shingles during a summer 2023 rain storm. Jose F returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area. After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! The fan makes all the difference!

What impressed me most was how Kelvin met all my needs, and made suggestions to improve on my plans. I really felt as though we we're a team! And then he surprised me with little extras like detailed crown molding, tying the new gutters into the existing underground release pipes and adding a few extra feet length on the sidewalk that really made a difference ! Some ground leveling and planting grass seed from where I had the tree removed was another nice surprise!
