They put new siding and 10 windows in but the project got much deeper when we discovered we needed new plywood and insulation too which made a huge impact on the inside comfort of the house. The total project took nearly three weeks with the unplanned plywood and insulation but we loved having them here and can’t wait for the next project!Total project included plywood, insulation, siding, windows and gutters. “We reached out to get a quote and found out not only did our house have storm damage, but we also had defective shingles. The process was smooth from start to finish. We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.“

“I was very pleased with how our claim was handled with the insurance company. Then watching the work being done. The whole crew was very neat, respectful and took care of additional work while the roof was open. All I had to do to get to the right person was to call or text Yanny. I noticed a piece of trim that looked crooked and stood out to anyone entering by the garage. One call and a man came out to see what I was talking about. He went for materials and fixed it before the next storm. I was a little worried about someone approaching us about the damage but reviews were all good. I like having someone like Yanny to get me to the right person or find the answer to my questions. HOPEFULLY, I won’t have to replace another roof but I know who to call or tell friends.“

“Overall excellent service! I lost shingles during a summer 2023 rain storm. Jose F returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of roofing services.“

“Best bang-for-the-buck. Trite, but absolutely true for Rob Politz. I've had the"pleasure" of installing roofs on houses myself, so I know what I want from a roofing company. After getting many bids for the job from small outfits to large companies, it became apparent that Rob Politz was the best choice. My decision was based on what Rob said his procedure would be, the fact that he was more than willing to make adjustments to the contract to suit me, and lastly, a very competitive price. One cannot base the choice on price alone, as the product may not even be worth that price. But after a lengthy and very comfortable conversation with Rob, I had no apprehension about using him for the job, as he was knowledgeable, articulate, and completely forthright. I didn't even detect a hint of a deceptive salesman. That was the beginning of a very good job to come.All of the contractors expected my roof to take several days to complete. Rob's crew started at 6:30 a.m. and finished that day at 6:30 p.m. I spent most of the day on the roof watching the progress, ensuring that what I knew should be occurring was actually happening. Installation was done carefully and correctly. Rob's men we're obviously not new at this. Shingles, sheet metal applications, and roof and plumbing vents were all installed perfectly. As I said earlier, I've done this and know how it should proceed and the expected result. All pieces of stray paper, shingles, and nails in the lawn were picked up. The men sifted through leaves on the ground, bushes, and repeatedly retraced their steps dragging magnets two feet wide looking for nails. The end result was there was no sign that the chaotic and debris strewn scene hours earlier had even existed. The roof looked great and so did the yard.Nice group too. “We had a truly amazing experience with Chase Remodeling, Bob and Derek Chase. Our house was built in 1998 and the master bath and kitchen needed updating. Bob Chase came to my house multiple times to discuss, design, and finalize the plans for both projects. He was very kind and patient with me.The master bath was basically gutted (we removed a large jacuzzi tub and a small shower) and replaced the flooring, the cabinets, mirrors, toilet, and lighting, and designed a large, doorless, walk-in shower. This project took approximately 2 weeks for them to complete once the work was started.The kitchen was completely gutted. We changed all the flooring throughout our entire main level, updated the staircase, removed the wall between our old kitchen and formal dining room, and completely redesigned the flow of the kitchen/dining area. Installed all new cabinets and countertops, lighting, etc. We ordered all high end, custom cabinets, so it did take about 7 months between signing the contracts to the work beginning. Once the work started on the kitchen, flooring, stairs, etc. it took around 3 1/2 months and they worked nearly every day.The prices we agreed upon for both projects never changed. He never asked me for additional money for anything, which is something I was worried about having heard friends complain about that when they completed home projects. The only additional expense we had was because we decided while we had them there to go ahead and paint all the walls throughout the main level and the upstairs foyer (since the kitchen was so nice and new!) the same color we'd selected for the kitchen. Bob and Derek were both awesome to work with. Always polite, always helpful, had great ideas, and were communicative. That's another complaint I hear from friends is that their contractor would come one day and work and then they wouldn't see them for two weeks with no word about what was going on. We knew throughout both projects exactly what was going on and when. Additionally, all of the workers were very nice, super respectful of our home, and the work was impeccable. Very high quality and excellent attention to detail. I'm happy to speak with anyone who has questions about Chase Remodeling and the experience we had with them. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may be considering.“

“DMV did a high quality job on the roof and gutter replacement for our home. They gave us a competitive price that was lower then the other contractors from whom we received bids. They did an excellent job installing the roof, removing all trash and identifying 2 small items in our final walk through that neither my husband or I would have noticed.
