“I have been using Elegant Home Improvements, Inc for roof work and home interior projects for 9 years. My property includes 4 structures that required either a new roof or periodic maintenance.
I also had new composite decks installed, a new set of stairs and landing for access to the garage apartment, and the team also did drywall repairs and painted all interior walls and ceilings inside a 2800 sq ft home.

“Hire them! Now! Really!A few years ago, McGraw Contracting basically rebuilt our tired 1980s, tri-level home from the inside out. They also created a beautiful master bedroom over the garage! Not a day goes by that we don't still love everything they did!Every single room in our home had some major change to it. They created an open floor concept out of three small spaces turning it into a gourmet kitchen and tasteful living space with beautiful, 15-foot ceilings. The original ceilings were 8 feet.Each of our bathrooms were completely gutted; reoriented where needed, all new tiling was laid, and new everything else put back in. Each bedroom was painted, doors and closets moved, and had new lighting installed.They replaced every single window in our home. In the lower level family room they took out our old fireplace and made sure the new space was ready for our new gas fireplace to be installed. They also installed new flooring throughout the home. Even our garage space underneath the new addition got a needed facelift!Outside, they re-sided our entire home and helped us find someone to repair some of the brick work that was discovered to have a problem. They installed new, larger gutters. Finally, they demolished our two, massive, tired and worn wooden decks, reinforced the support structures, and built two beautiful composite decks with lighting and electrical placed all around them.The workmanship and work ethic that Joe (and everyone who works for him displays}, is seldom seen anymore. Their advice, their good humor, and their honestly made this massive project a joy to undertake. “After a lead paint exposure mishap at my house, while 38 weeks pregnant- I called at 4:19pm on a Wednesday very distraught and explained the situation and asked if they could send someone to give me a quote on lead abatement. They were able to send someone out the very next morning at 9am. My partner, however, went ahead and painted over the exposed lead paint area that evening and mopped etc and followed guidance from an online source. I called back and left a message that evening to cancel my appt but it wasn’t received and two extremely nice gentleman showed up the next morning. I apologized for wasting their time- but they expressed no annoyance or frustration with me and took the time to make recommendations about how to make sure the fix my partner did was adequate and safe. My experience with this company was very positive and I appreciated their understanding and kindness despite me not ending up using their services.“
