BAC provided courteous and professional service. We had our kitchen totally remodeled. BAC provided a line item estimate of the work to be completed and a daily project schedule. To simplify matters we chose to travel during the construction phase of the project. BAC uses a project management platform (Buildertrend) that enabled us to follow along via pictures and summaries of the work completed each day. Communication with BAC was excellent and responsive. BAC delivered on both cost and schedule, and the quality of the work was exceptional. All minor followup items have been promptly addressed. We couldn't be more happy.
Cannot say enough about Bel Air Construction! Everything from the pre-planning process, to demolition, did the actual work rebuilding the kitchen was stellar. The owner Micheal was hands-on during the preplanning process and even when Our project was handed over to the project manager (Mike), We couldn’t have asked for more. Everything from communication, to updates, to working with us when unexpected changes popped up were just among a few things that took us by surprise (in a good way) when it came to the way, Bel Air Construction operated and worked with us during our kitchen renovation!
I had a major renovation of my first floor done. The people at BelAir Construction are great to work with. They have a very good staff. Michael Nickel was my Project Manager and he was the best. They kept me informed and we felt very comfortable with all of the people that were in our house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Michael Watts was fantastic when he sat with me and went over what would happen. I am grateful for them.
