Tim and his people do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for the price they tell you. And as a bonus, they know what they are doing and the job is done correctly. Pretty much everything you could possibly ask for.
MD Reno was contracted for a job in my condo to repair damages due to two water leaks at various times. Tim (the owner) & Ethan (Tim's son & apprentice) were prompt & were at my home when they said they would be, cut out the ceiling drywall, located the leak & clamped it for the plumber to repair the next day. A few days after the water damage dried, Frank was back for repairs. There were 4 sizeable holes in my ceiling as the origin of leakage was difficult to locate. Frank arrived at 9:30 & worked non-stop until 6:00. He covered everything with plastic & sealed the damage area from the rest of my condo.
