“Swan Creek just completed a patio addition to our home. The original patio had a step down and Swan Creek suggested leveling out the new with the older section. It looks amazing, no more step downs and an entire new patio wrapping around the house where there are 2 sliding doors. That area was previously grass and landscaping. The team that did the work were hard working and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Swan Creek.”
“I called Smith Drain Solutions for my property management company and had the pleasure of speaking with Teresa. She was absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable, understood exactly what I was describing, and quickly identified our needs. The entire process was smooth and professional from the start.
Ron came out to perform the service, and he was equally impressive. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond with his kindness, professionalism, and consideration. It’s rare to find a company with such outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the completed job.
I highly recommend Smith Drain Solutions for their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.”
“We had a lot of trouble finding anyone willing to replace our doors and windows. We scheduled several appointments, but the companies never showed up. Christian personally answered our call and arrived as promised to provide an estimate.
Our project came with some challenges, which may explain the previous no shows. However, Christian was not only willing to take on the job, but also worked within our budget. He truly went above and beyond.
He completed the work in our contract, and when we had additional requests, he listened with understanding and made sure they were taken care of.”
