It looks amazing, no more step downs and an entire new patio wrapping around the house where there are 2 sliding doors. That area was previously grass and landscaping. “I was referred to Smith Drain Solutions by my septic system excavator and clean out company. I have a very old septic and sewer system, and my entire sewer was backing up into my basement. My sewer line is 175 feet long from my house to my septic system. The company owner, Ron, came at the appointed time to troubleshoot, analyze and fix whatever problem he could. Ron was courteous, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and instilled confidence that he could ably take on the task at hand to diagnose and unclog my sewer line. Ron has state of the art equipment, including snakes, cameras, root cutters, and video equipment complete with an underground tracking system so that the problem below ground can be located above ground with his equipment. He quickly diagnosed and solved my clog problem and identified areas of weakness in my system that are susceptible to breakage and future problems. He opened my sewer line so now that I can use my sinks, showers, toilets and plumbing in my house and get my septic company to excavate and repair the system in two places that need repair and maintenance. Ron was extremely courteous, took his time, and his fee was extremely fair for the time he spent, and the level of technology, he employed to take care of my situation. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend this company to solve your sewer line problems. He gets the highest of ratings from me.“

“After a lead paint exposure mishap at my house, while 38 weeks pregnant- I called at 4:19pm on a Wednesday very distraught and explained the situation and asked if they could send someone to give me a quote on lead abatement. They were able to send someone out the very next morning at 9am. My partner, however, went ahead and painted over the exposed lead paint area that evening and mopped etc and followed guidance from an online source. I called back and left a message that evening to cancel my appt but it wasn’t received and two extremely nice gentleman showed up the next morning. I apologized for wasting their time- but they expressed no annoyance or frustration with me and took the time to make recommendations about how to make sure the fix my partner did was adequate and safe. My experience with this company was very positive and I appreciated their understanding and kindness despite me not ending up using their services.“
