All you cared about was an insurance claim for a roof that had nothing to do with her house flooding and pipes bursting. The first company wasn't drying the house out correctly and said insurance would not pay for anything which she was aware of but you Adam were adamant that they would which we knew they wouldn't. You kept giving deadlines for when the work would be done and kept messing around so after weeks with no response she fired you and hired someone else and now you want to take her to court wow I guess she wasn't in the state you thought you could jerk her around.“

I highly recommend Dave and would easily hire him again for any home improvement work I have in the future.As this was my first major home improvement project, I started out asking friends for recommendations of contractors they have used in the past. Dave was the only one recommended without them mentioning any drawbacks. He certainly lived up to that reputation on my project.When I first met with Dave to discuss my project I told him I needed a reliable contractor who wouldn’t nickel and dime me with extras as the project went on and who would work non-stop on the project once they started. Dave, his crew and recommended contractors did exactly that, showing up on time each and every day until the project was completed on schedule and on budget.I was initially concerned about Dave’s model of charging just for labor and materials while I contracted directly with the subcontractors. But, Dave’s recommended contractors were excellent and he scheduled and managed their work and, also, delivery of building supplies. He even arranged for me to get replacement parts for two items from the plumbing supplier that were defective (from the manufacturer, not Dave) when delivered. Dave coordinated every step of the project from the signing of the contract until its completion. I now see Dave’s model as a benefit for its transparent pricing and the better contact I had with the subcontractors.Throughout the project communication with Dave was outstanding.
