Matt did a thorough inspection and found additional spots with missing shingles and timely covered them up with tarps before heavy rains to avoid further damage. Matt clearly explained the available options to choose better material and helped me with paperwork and finding a closer match to get ARC approval from HOA, he communicated clearly on changed dates because of the weather and got the replacement done closer to promised date. High Mark did good job installing the roof and cleaning all the nails on same day, I highly recommend Matthew Hilts and High Mark construction.”

Bruce was by FAR the best to work with. After the plumbing company decided to fix it themselves, Bruce continued to offer support and kindness, even though his company wasn't the one doing the work. Then, when the plumbing company's fix inevitably failed within a month, Bruce was the person I immediately called. He talked me through everything, gave a fair price, was responsive to questions, and even left care instructions for the tub. Trae took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.<br><br>One of the biggest things we appreciated was how well he communicated with the insurance company. He helped coordinate the process, handled the back-and-forth, and made everything much smoother than we expected. He was responsive, easy to reach, and followed through on what he said he would do. “My wife and I first contacted “One Source” in 2001 after purchasing a one story house in southern Anne Arundel County , MD. We really liked the 3 acre lot with surrounding woods but the house itself was small and outdated. We met with Randy and Todd and they gave us some ideas on what could be done to transform the house into the home that we wanted. We gave them our budget and they put together plans to add a second floor with a large primary suite with a large bathroom. They also had several ideas on improving the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the original main floor.<br><br>They stayed within our budget and kept to the agreed upon timeline.<br><br>They also added a spacious front porch.<br><br>A few years later we decided to expand the ground floor of the home and add a fireplace. We called Todd and again we were very happy with the second phase of the construction.<br><br>Our final construction project with “One Source” was to turn a detached barn / outbuilding on the same property into a separate guesthouse. They did a beautiful job with that also. They installed plumbing , heat and air conditioning so that it was a complete self-contained living space. And it added a lot of curb appeal to the whole property.<br><br>In the end they exceeded our expectations and gave us the home that we loved and lived in for over 20 years.<br><br>They are the best !!!”
