The people here in shipping and receiving are out of this world. They take so much pride in getting trucks loaded & unloaded quickly and correctly. I have not seen anything like this in my 32 yrs in transportation.

Vince did an amazing job refinishing our dining room, living room, stairs and upper hall. There were a number of really bad spots where plant water had leaked over time and ruined the floor. Vince cut those out and replaced with new oak flooring. The finished floor is beautiful and you cannot tell where the bad spots were. Thanks, Vince!
They came and set up the bouncy house an hour before the party. We’re 30 mins late in the time frame they said they’d be there by but they called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. Which was nice not having to start fretting they forgot about the drop off. Then they came the next day packed it all up. Delivery guys were fantastic. For the price you pay I’m so glad all this was included. For more events in the future I will definitely be renting from them again!
I just had a full length coat and windbreaker cleaned. They look like new! Very friendly owners and reasonably priced.
They did both the carpeting and hardwood at our Owings Mills home..very nice
