“Trae Simmons and Tri-Coastal did an outstanding job with my mother-in-law’s roof. From the very beginning, Trae was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. This was our first time dealing with a roof replacement through insurance, and there were a lot of details we didn’t fully understand at first. Trae took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.<br><br>One of the biggest things we appreciated was how well he communicated with the insurance company. He helped coordinate the process, handled the back-and-forth, and made everything much smoother than we expected. He was responsive, easy to reach, and followed through on what he said he would do. That gave us a lot of confidence, especially because this was for my mother-in-law’s home and we wanted to make sure everything was done properly.<br><br>The actual roof work was completed smoothly, the workmanship was excellent, and the overall experience was very positive.
