Paul Schwartz landscaping is top notch. They get the job done right every time. As a small example of their attention to detail, they dig the edges around the beds a little deeper, a little more sharp and crisper than the others. (Holds the mulch better over longer period of time.) Very professional, hard working crew that completes the job in a timely manner every time. This year I had damage to an external drain pipe located under the back deck. Over the winter the underground pipe break caused sand to be washed over the stone stairway. Proactively Paul volunteered to fix the gutter pipe and the surrounding damage. It was a great added service and looks brand new.
Duffy’s is our go to shop for everything. They do a great job, but as importantly, we trust them. They don't over inflate prices. They give you an honest answer. They don't add things you don't need. They just do a great job at a reasonable price and treat you like you are important to them. If it's a costly repair, they will work with you to figure out ways to bring the cost down. Having long-term, loyal customers is more important than a quick buck. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Although we didn't have the best start years ago with the particular employees in charge of my claim, this company is really sticking to their lifetime warranty and winning my trust back. 3 years down the road they're still making things right thanks to Wade. He is extremely knowledgeable & knew exactly what to do to get things corrected. Tony & his helper Ethan, were extremely efficient and their work turned out beautiful. I have to say they have definitely stuck by their lifetime warranty with making sure everything's correct and sending out really good people this time around.
