I have used this firm once before for basement insulation and was impressed with work quality and communication.
This job was to correct a sagging corner on a deck and warped deck rails on the composite railings. They installed additional fasteners on the rails, corrected a sagging rim joist, and reinstalled decking----one day of work and the deck looks amazing and is sturdy (and level!). Better than promised and job site is cleaner than before the work!
I also asked them to repair rotted door jamb bases around my basement french door.....I was expecting a splice of composite material to the lowest few inches of the jamb. They replaced the pine jambs...read full review
The team at Scherr did a great job for us. They listened attentively to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and helped us address several general maintenance issues.
