I was impressed that they came at 830 at night but was even more impressed with their level of customer service provide by Steve, the general manager. As worried parents in another state, Steve took the time to explain the remediation and calm our fears. He explained everything to us clearly and concisely. We were never rushed; he even gave us his cell #. We called him a few weeks later with additional questions and received the same incrediblyprofessional and friendly service. He explained long term additional measures the school may need to take, regardless of whether they use his company or the schools own environmental team.
