My elderly parents called this company to fix their gas furnace. They were told that it was a $1500 part that they didn’t have. They suggested replacing the furnace at well over $6000. They were charged $269 for this service call. I went over and used a vacuum cleaner to remove the bird nest from the combustion exhaust and it started right up.

Penguin Heating sent a rep to check our furnace and it didn't go well. However, when I complained they not only issued a refund for the appointment cost, but also offered me a $50 coupon for my next service. It's nice to see a company that listens to customers and stand by their work when there is an issue. Thank you, Penguin Heating!

Disappointed with the quality of our initial problem shooting apt and communication and follow up. We were charged for troubleshoot without any really plan to solve problems. We decided in the end to go with a different company.
