“I had a simply fabulous experience with this company recently. I had the misfortune of having three of my short-term rental house basements flood with sewer back up in the June 9th big storm in Winnipeg. So I needed flooring for these three houses in a hurry to put them right again.

Destinee (their … office manager/sales person?) was fantastic. She accommodated several install date changes as my projects kept getting delayed, she graciously accepted a last minute change in product I requested for one location, etc.

She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, organized and humorous. Made me feel entirely comfortable at a very high stress time for me. This was not a “want purchase” it was a “need purchase”. It was three forced renovations at the worst possible time.

The installers were prompt, reliable and super talented.

This is a well run, honest, reliable and competitively priced company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would most certainly use them again (but hopefully I am all good for carpeting for awhile now! Fingers crossed!)

End of the Roll has staff who’s customer service skills that are light years ahead of another flooring company I used on this project (a bit further East on Nairn near the overpass on the same side of the street- avoid at all costs! ;-) ).

Thank you to Destinee and everyone at End of the Roll Regent who answered my calls, handled my product and accommodated me on this set of horrible flood claims this summer. I could not have asked for anything more and definitely plan to be back … when I finally have some more money!

This is the second time I have used this company with great success, and it won’t be my last!
