I still have to go and pick up my flooring, I just wanted to pop by here and say what a wonderful experience I had with Derek. He’s really good at focussing on what the customer wants or needs and I appreciate all of his honesty, strong communication and transparency throughout this process. This is my first time dealing with replacing flooring in any home, so what seemed like a daunting task at first turned out to be incredibly easy. Thank you!!

Paul was great showing us the various types of flooring and recommending which of our potential choices would be best suited for our home. Once we settled on our choice he was able to confirm stock availability with the supplier and we were able to schedule an installation date. Only hiccup was a communication issue with the installer on the day we expected to have the install start. Paul assisted in sorting the situation out and a few days later we had the flooring installed by Bruce who did an excellent job for us. We are very happy with our flooring choice.

I bought the house and one piece of flooring had a crack later. Visited to look for the same flooring color amd model which was installed by previous owner. The customer service helped and went above and beyond to find the product for me from all their distributors. Highly satisfied with their customer service. I would highly recommend end of the roll.
