Dealing with BKF for our floor installation through insurance was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Darlene was very quick to answer any of our concerns and did everything she could to ensure we were happy as a client, which a lot of companies these days do not in terms of insurance clients.
The installers were quick and efficient when installing our flooring, and even went above and beyond with fixing some of our concerns during the installation process.
Heather in sales is the most knowledgeable person! What a great time dealing with her at Bill Knight.
