Bought a condo for my 81 y.o. Mom, installed new flooring. Everything great, went in on Saturday to pay bill off, they contacted Mom on Monday saying they needed more money. Get your act together. This does NOT foster a good customer service experience.
From the time i walked in to the massive showroom, Lisa made us feel comfortable and very professional in guiding us to what I was looking for to suit my home. She was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Day of install, Jason was on time, answered all my questions and he was very detailed in his work. All in all, i would only recommend Bill Knight Flooring from start to finish, true professionals for your flooring and carpet renovation. That is why they have been a success for 52 years!
Purchased all of our flooring (hardwood, tile, grout, and tile underlay) from Bill Knight this summer for our main floor renovation and were really happy with the service, communication, and product we got from our sales rep Heather!
