We have gone through Flatlanders on two occasions - carpet and luxury sheet vinyl. The shop has a huge selection for your flooring needs. Jack and Cristin were our main contacts and they went beyond to get us the product we wanted for our kitchen. They were helpful, kind and professional. The installers did a great job as well. Will be back again for projects in the future.
The customer service was excellent! The company worked with me before flooring selection, during the process of install and during final adjustments with quick responses and great follow through.
