I had a very good experience getting some new carpeting from Ken’s Carpets recently. Sarah kept in close contact with me through the whole process and the installers were perfectionists who did a great job on some tricky stairs.
I have used Kens carpets for all my office, warehouse and home needs. Great installation and product. All vinyl planking held up unreal and fair pricing. Ryan is great to deal with and overall customer service was great.
Our experience with Ken’s carpet has been positive from the start. Rob was our sales person and was very engaged in our project offering suggestions and options. He tried to find ways to make our project more affordable, he was always accessible, found us installers to do the work very quickly And we now have a lovely floors that we are enjoying a great deal. It was a positive experience all around.We do not hesitate to refer Ken’s carpets and Rob to friends.
