I thought my washing machine was a finished, but I needed confirmation from someone in know! I called Jamie at JM Appliance. He called me almost immediately and asked what was going on with my washer. It was a Sunday! He said he would stop by Monday when I got home from work and take a look at it to see if it was worth repairing. He was so professional did not try to sell me something I did not need and he made the diagnosis and adjustment needed so that my washer is now working. He said if it goes wrong again, just call him and we’ll take it to the next step, but so far so good! I highly recommend him.
Jamie was a pleasure to work with. The motor in our (gas) dryer died; he was very frank about the advantages of just buying a new one, even though that would have meant less business for him. After shopping for a new dryer we decided to have him replace the motor; he was very accommodating with scheduling us quickly. The dryer is good as new now; fine work, quickly done, at a reasonable price. Couldn't be more satisfied.
Jaime is phenomenal! A real old school kind of guy who is strong with customer service, pricing, and expertise. He took the time to understand the problem with my Speed Queen washer, set up a quick time to evaluate and was prompt with his time window offered. He came prepared with the parts and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day I called. He was in and out in under an hour and explained what happened, which was greatly appreciated. I absolutely will use Jaime again for any appliance repairs and would recommend him to anyone!
