Our fridge ice maker quit so I called Harrity. Chip did a fantastic job investigating the ice maker issue, diagnosing and then giving me his recommendation for fixing. The end to end process was seemless. Definitely recommend Harrity Appliances.

Make them your first call. I LOVE our 7 year old LG fridge but we started to have an issue with the defrost feature on the freezer fan, so after a month of defrosting the fan with a hair dryer and hoping for the best, we finally had to have someone come look. The first person tried but couldn't fix it, said they don't make the parts anymore and didn't put it back correctly which made the freezer stop cooling and ice maker stop working. We reached out to LG directly hoping their tech could fix it, but they use 3rd party people and the only "LG techs" were in lower CT and the scheduling was a NIGHTMARE because they wouldn't come this way unless they had other jobs.
