An excellent experience start to finish! Dan was marvelous, able to deftly explain the ins and outs of vacuum selection to a neophyte such as I! I was able to test out the vacuum before buying and they genuinely cared that I was happy with my selection. The folks here are the salt of the earth and, while I sure hope my vacuum doesn't need service any time soon, I look forward to the next visit! My purchase was a Miele Boost CX1 and it is amazing! Dan definitely knew what he was talking about!
My family and I have been coming here for years. They have a great selection of refurbished Miele vacuums and the employees really know their stuff when it comes to the brand. 10/10. Always recommend. In the last 30 years, my mom has only replaced her Miele once and I’ve had mine for several years already and it’s still in perfect condition.
A quintessential neighborhood vacuum center! Welcoming and knowledgable customer service. Chris helped me choose the right replacement for my struggling 15 year old vacuum. I will definitely return for any maintenance needs. Highly recommend Leo's.
