“Three generations have serviced our boiler and hot water heater competently. And when there's a crisis (like flood from old water heater) they respond super-fast, even on weekends and holidays. The one time they made a mistake they came back and fixed it for no charge. Very nice people.“

“I have had HomeServe since the gas company stopped offering service contracts. The company is very responsive. I try my best to get the same 2 technicians. Brian and Jeff are very knowledgeable. I just had them out because my boiler shut itself off two consecutive nights. Jeff came out and diagnosed a problem. He had the part ordered and it was delivered to me in two days. I called when I received it and Brian and Bill came out the same day to install it. Brian diagnosed I needed another part. He had that part ordered. The very next day Dan called to tell me the part was there for me. He scheduled Jeff the following day. Jeff did a great job rewiring my entire system. He checked the system. Then he had me go through the 4 zones using the thermostat to make sure everything worked correctly. I am very satisfied with HomeServe. The people that I have dealt with are all excellent. Approximately 1 month later the same issue happened again. The zone was calling but the boiler did not turn on without a power cycle. Mark came out and we talked. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The thought now was could the actual on/off switch be bad. Mark put in a new switch. That did not fix the problem. I changed the circuit breaker. Still have the same problem and now it's October. I called and got same day service. Jeff came out for the third time. I left the boiler off hoping it would help him diagnose the root problem. Jeff noticed the wiring in the new Aquastat was not correct. He changed around the wiring to make power to the Zone board always hot. So far so good. Only time will tell. The new wiring, which is not correct no connections on ZR or ZC terminals, caused loss of heat again 1 week later. Wayne came out today 10/19/2025. He thinks the new Aquastat is the problem. I thought the same thing as everything works fine until the Aquastat relay needs to signal the boiler. New Aquastat on order. We will see if this fixes my boiler shutting off problem.“

“Pann is (too) pricey, but they show up when they say they will and do high quality work. The employees are quality people that you feel comfortable having in your home. They were very respectful of COVID preferences.“
