“I went to Richard for months for fertility and lower back pain support. This was my first time receiving acupuncture. He was incredibly kind and welcoming and explained exactly what would happen. Visits felt like meditations - a chance to rest. I loved the community setting - walked out each time feeling more peaceful. I moved away - otherwise would still be there weekly. “I really love my NP here. Minus a star (probably should be two) for lack of billing transparency. Apparently the entire Boston One Medical network bills under Mass General Brigham Community (NPI 1265094122). So even through One Medical is supposedly in network for my insurance, all Boston offices are out of network when you get down to the actual billing.

Be sure to call your insurance to check before you get a $550 out of network bill for a 20 min PCP appointment!“
